Seeking position for full and part time at the Chick-fil-A at Indian Land. Located at 10032 Charlotte Highway, Indian Land, SC, 29707. We operate Monday-Saturday, 6:00am-10:00pm.

 Wage and benefits are as follows.

Full Time- $14.00 - $16.00 an hour

Part Time- $13.00 -$15.00 an hour 

Under 18 years old $11 - $13 for FOH and $12- $14 for BOH

We offer $200 towards health insurance plans for full time employees.

401k with match offered after 6 months and 500 hours worked.

Front of House Team Member: The front of house team member is the first line of contact for all of our guests.  They must seek to execute the five areas the matter most to the guest with excellence: Taste of Food, Accuracy, Speed of Service, Cleanliness, Attentive and Courteous Service. Team members must be guest focused and have a heart to serve. They also follow direction from Leadership and treat fellow staff and guests with honor, dignity, and respect.

Front Counter

·      Greets Guests Immediately Upon Entering Building

·      Exhibit Core 4

·      Fulfill guests order by preparing drinks, sauces, etc. and directing guests where to place table marker or stand for carry out

·      Follow the following hierarchy- Take order, Serve in Dining Room, Stock Area

·      Never Leave the Front Counter Empty

·      Keep Area Cleaned and Stocked

Drive Thru

·      Follow Scripts and Guidelines for iPOS. Expect to work outside to support drive thru operations

·      Answer within 2 beeps if Using Headset

·      Complete Guests Transaction in 30 Seconds or Less at Window

·      Park Guests immediately when holding more than 1 min with clear instructions on where to go

·      Repeat Order at Order Point and Cash Cart or Window

·      Handle and remedy guest issues

·      Never Turn Back or Engage in Conversation with Staff When Guest is at Window

·      Ensure Condiments and Utensils are with Every Order

Dining Room

·      Keep Restaurant Clean at All Times: Floors, Tables, Booths and Chairs, Condiment Stands, Trash Compactors, and Glass on Windows and Doors

·      Sanitize Tables After Each Guests Turnover

·      Refresh Beverages and Complete Requests for Guests at Tables to eliminate Guest Returning to Counter

·      Help Setup High Chair and Place Mats for Guests with Small Children

Parking Lot, Patio, Playland and Bathrooms

·      Complete Parking Lot Check Every 3 Hours as well as at Open and Close

·      Check Patio at Open and Close, as well as every Hour

·      Check Playland at Open and Close as Well as Every Hour

·      Check Bathrooms at Open and Close and Every 30 minutes (Cleanliness, Hand soap, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash)
